On July 3-4, further training sessions organized by Lasotronix were held, during which dentists and dental hygienists had the opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills in the use of diode lasers in daily clinical practice.
The sessions were held at the Air Hotel at Al. Krakowska 42 in Warsaw and gathered participants interested in modern treatment and prevention methods using laser technology.
Training for Dental Hygienists
One of the events was the in-person training “SMARTm ST Dental Laser in the Hygiene and Prophylaxis Office,” aimed at dental hygienists.
The training was led by certified dental hygienist Katarzyna Wójtowicz, who presented the possibilities of using the SMARTm ST laser during hygiene and prophylactic procedures in an accessible and practical manner. The program included both a theoretical section and practical demonstrations of the laser’s use in everyday patient care.
Level 1 Training for Dentists
A Level 1 In-person Training in the use of SMARTm ST 405 nm / 635 nm / 808 nm / 980 nm / 1064 nm diode lasers took place simultaneously, under the theme “SMARTm ST Laser – Modern Treatment in Practice.”
The classes were led by DDS Damian Korczyński and DDS Michał Lubaś, who shared their clinical experience and practical knowledge regarding the use of diode lasers in modern dentistry. Participants had the opportunity to learn the principles of safe device operation, treatment indications, and practical applications of the various wavelengths of the SMARTm ST laser.
